At Maison Feraia, every piece is designed to make a statement - tailored, finished, and packed with uncompromising attention to detail. While we do not offer refunds, we ensure an effortless and reliable exchange process so your experience remains flawless.

Exchange Policy:-

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items 

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement with no extra charges.

2. Size, Color, or Change of Preference

We understand fit and style are personal. You may request an exchange for sizing issues or a change of mind under the following terms:

*350 handling fee applies (includes two-way logistics).

COD charges are non-refundable and excluded from product pricing.

A nominal processing fee may be deducted from store credits to cover payment gateway charges.

Conditions for Exchange:-

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with tags, packaging, and all accessories intact
  • Exchange request raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customized or discounted items are not eligible for exchange

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit or offer an equivalent product.
